Get to know Sara A. Schugars Sara A. Schugars MD, FACOG is an Obstetrician and Gynecologist with Ascension Borgess Women's Health and is the Department Chair for Women's Health at Ascension Borgess. Dr. Schugars is board-certified with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and provides prenatal, perinatal and postpartum pregnancy care and gynecological care to women of all ages. Dr. Schugars has a special interest in minimally invasive gynecological surgery, complicated obstetrical care and deliveries, infertility and family planning. She strives to provide care for women through all periods of a women's life encompassing adolescent needs through menopause.
