He feels that it is very rewarding to be trusted to care for someone's ill or injured child. That trust, along with caring for the patient's critical illness, motivates him. The multidisciplinary teams, consisting of nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, social workers, case managers, dieticians, rehabilitation services, and physician colleagues, who he has worked have served as the biggest influencers in his life and overall career.
