Dr Semones chose a career in medicine for many reasons. First, he enjoys helping people in some of the most meaningful ways. Second, due to the rapid evolution of the field, he is always able to keep learning and evolving his medical knowledge. He is excited about coming to work each day for the possibility to make someone’s life meaningfully better than it has been before, even in a small way. His parents have been, by far, his greatest influences. In particular, his mom’s compassion for everyone she meets and his dad’s thirst for knowledge and delight in learning and trying new things.
