Description
Dr Pochedly's decision to go into medicine was strengthened by the fact that both of her parents also had a career in medicine. She credits them with showing through their words and actions, just how fulfilling a career based on helping people could be. Her eye for detail, good spatial awareness and enjoyment of working with her hands, made Dr Pochedly a natural for surgery. She feels fortunate to have the opportunity to assist her patients back to health in a supportive environment. In her free time, Dr Pochedly enjoys running, hiking and baking. She looks forward to taking advantage of local school-related volunteer opportunities in the future. I consider surgery more of a calling than a job.
